Your day-to-day will include: Processing incoming orders and checking stock availability Confirming delivery schedules and liaising with the Production team Handling queries, complaints, and general customer support Coordinating with internal teams to keep things running smoothly Proactively problem-solving to maintain high service levels What We're Looking For: Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Computer literate with experience using databases Experience in coordinating & scheduling workThis is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same Ready for something new?
