Established over 50 years ago, they are true experts in their field whereby they focus on quality and technology, offering a wide range of food preparation equipment. Location : Scotland The Role: We are hiring an Area Sales Manager, within the catering equipment sector, are you ready for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a manufacturer of catering equipment with a reputation for innovative products and environmentally friendly technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a professional and dynamic team, managing a designated sales region and supporting the national accounts team. Key Responsibilities include conducting demos of the machines to chefs which has proven a very successful way of back selling the machines via the local distributors. You will also be managing and growing existing key accounts across the Scotland. Develop and win new business opportunities in the commercial catering sector as well as provide training to chefs on how to use the equipment. Requirements: You MUST have b2b sales experience. You MUST have previously sold into the hospitality sector - hotels, restaurants, cafe's, pubs - anywhere with a commercial kitchen. Ideally you will have a background working as a chef, or be a true foodie with a real passion for food.
