The Building Surveyors' role The successful Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a collaborative and innovative culture, working alongside a supportive team of 12 in Manchester. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of exciting projects, both locally and internationally, across sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, education, sports, leisure, hospitality, technology, and industrial. In addition to gaining exposure to diverse and high-profile projects, the role provides the opportunity to develop professional expertise in key service areas such as dilapidations, schedules of condition, party wall matters, defect analysis, and expert witness work. The Building Surveyor The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be an enthusiastic and driven individual.
