Based in London , you will drive operational excellence, spearhead growth strategies, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: P&L Ownership – Full accountability for the financial performance of the business unit, ensuring profitability and cost control. Business Growth – Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth , expand service offerings, and enhance client relationships. People Leadership – Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a customer-centric culture that delivers outstanding guest experiences. Operational Excellence – Oversee the seamless delivery of premium guest services , ensuring high standards and adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Client & Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and service enhancements to stay ahead of industry trends. What We're Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services . ✔ Strong P&L management experience, with a track record of business growth and commercial success . ✔ Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. ✔ A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. ✔ A passion for customer experience , with a drive to exceed expectations.
