The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. The International Consumer Insights & Research Analyst is a source of truth for understanding consumer preferences, consumer behavior, and category trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor relationship management, survey development, survey analysis, and report development. This role will lead the internal Brand Health Tracking program and will work closely to ensure the surveys and data meet the needs of key internal stakeholders as well as our international franchisees. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (International marketing team, regional field teams, commercial services, development) and partners (vendors). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented at the core, but also skilled at translating data into actionable insights. As a member of the International Marketing team, this individual will have the opportunity and responsibility to share and develop the International teams consumer knowledge. RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the Brand Health Tracking program including survey design, survey quality assurance, data analysis, and report creation - 35% Assist with ad hoc research needs including translating business needs into research objectives, recommend research methodologies, writing surveys, analyzing data, and developing report - 30% Help lead implementation of sharing of consumer trend and market reports with information from secondary data platforms - 20% Support business planning and adhoc needs for regional and field marketing teams by collecting market and consumer data and information - 15% Other Duties as Assigned. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: Min Preferred - Bachelors / Masters - Science / Commerce or Equivalent / Marketing or MBA EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years consumer insights/market research experience required Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred International experience preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES: Knowledge of and experience with quantitative research methodologies Strong survey writing and analysis skills Experience with Brand Health Tracking programs preferred Strong analytical, organizational and written and verbal communications skills Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time Ability to communicate at all levels to build relationships and enhance partnerships, both internal and external Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented Self-starter personality who can operate with some supervision
