We are currently seeking an Ecommerce Operations & Omni Channel Assistant EU & UK for a CDD of 6months Key Responsibilities Role Responsible for the success of the day-to-day omni order fulfillment and omni return processing within SLAs, supporting and communicating with the 3PLs teams in a timely manner. Support Online order fulfillment through Stores operational tasks. This includes but is not limited to online & in-store orders and returns fulfilled and processed in-store, click & collect orders and returns. SLA management and maintenance include fraud reviews, late orders, unallocated orders, sold outs, re-allocations, order errors (including owning the communication and follow-ups with the Store teams and Client Services). Assist the eCommerce & Warehouse team with omni-inventory management to minimize sold outs, improve accurate stock levels in preparation for annual stock takes. Provide input to strategic decisions and support automation initiatives that affect the functional area of omnichannel fulfillment and return processing attending meetings and assisting with testing when required. Liaise with 3PLs to ensure stocks are processed within SLA and as clean as possible. Liaise with the relevant departments (i.e., Retail, Buying & Planning, Lost Prevention) to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues and ensure omni performance is always met, keeping focus on the client. Data analysis – Assisting e-Commerce Manager in providing stock analysis (CSOH, SKUs, active stock, etc). Support the Omni Ops and Global teams on upcoming operational projects, implementation and training. Act as the One-Client-Vision ambassador within the store network to ensure omni success advocating the importance of client experience and quality control. Skills and Specifications Computer literacy with use of Microsoft office and particularly MS Excel, AP21 a plus. Solid understanding of online, retail and omnichannel operations. Fraud management experience and particularly with Adyena plus. Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment. High level of written and oral communication skills in French and English. Ability to multi-task under pressure and to a time frame. Team Player. 1-2 years in a similar position.
