Description Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting F&B Support Experts to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in August. The impact you’ll make Breakfast, lunch or dinner, the best meals aren’t just made by our brilliant chefs. They’re made even more memorable by the great service our guests enjoy. As one of our F&B Support Experts, you’ll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You’ll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you’ll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel well-fed, happy and wanting to come back for more. What you’ll do Serve food and beverage items to guests. Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. Prepare and restock outlet inventory. Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. What you’ll need: Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude. At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. A safety-first approach. Positive outlook and dependability. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
