Job Description

Findlay, Ohio, Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner Job Clinical Role: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 3-5 days per week, no weekends or holidays Occasional call based on practice needs Manage daily clinic schedule Assist with acute needs in infusion clinic. Infusion clinic acute needs coverage on rotating basis Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for Hematology/Oncology patients Primarily outpatient, ability to do inpatient rounding if experienced 10-15 clinic patients/day Clinical documentation skills required, experience in Cerner preferred Experience with complex decision-making Ability to work independently and see new patients Provider must have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education Hematology/Medical Oncology NP work experience preferred, 2 years of ambulatory practice or acute care NP work experience required (not including RN or training experience) This is a permanent position that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
