Supported directly by several Charge Nurses and a Clinical Educator, the Shift Nurse Manager will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the department and be responsible for the night shift team. This NICU department includes a 40 bed, Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This highly skilled team of caregivers is made up of tenured Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Lactation Consultants, Respiratory Therapists and other healthcare professionals who all play a vital role in ensuring this unit runs smoothly. There wilI also be a strong team of board certified Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners will be available at all timesand are committed to providing the highest quality care.
