This Surgical Center is a part of a well-established organization and is committed to the high quality care of their patients. This surgery center has 3 Operating rooms and mainly provides Opthalmology services. The Administrator will also collaborate with exceptional surgeons and anesthesiologists. The Nurse Leader will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for this Ambulatory Surgical Center. The Surgery Center Administrator will also be responsible for monitoring all of their department’s resource budgeting, staff training and new hire screening. They will take initiative by implementing new processes to improve the systems that are in place to improve the efficiency of the Surgery Center. The Surgery Center Administrator should have experience managing multiple operating rooms and have had experience in Opthalmology. The ideal candidate should also be fluent in English and Korean.
