Join us in creating a vibrant, community-driven destination Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to help lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our management, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the success of our exciting new concept. What You'll Do: Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals to deliver top-notch service. Uphold our commitment to fresh, local seafood and outstanding cocktails by maintaining quality standards. Work collaboratively to develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial goals. Create a positive, community-oriented atmosphere for guests and team members. Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. What We're Looking For: Minimum 4 years proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in a seafood-focused or coastal dining environment, with at least 2 years in a Senior Manager or AGM role. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Financial acumen to assist in managing budgets and achieving revenue targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
