Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift

Job Description Job Description Volt is immediately hiring for a Maintenance Technician for a company located in Huntington Beach, CA. As a Maintenance Technicia n you will: Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application. Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems. Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects. Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within limitations. Knowledge of electrostatic coatings, wash, and pretreatments. Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance. This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day. The ideal candidate will have: Must have 3-5 years with maintenance mechanic background Perform and update equipment PM logs, record inspections, complete work in a timely manner (complete before the start of production day). Maintenance and depending on the repair needed, corrects the problem or reports to the management any equipment in need of repair. Troubleshoots problems and determines action to be taken. Understanding and occasionally operating PVD coating equipment according to company specifications.
