Senior Project Manager - Tier 1 Contractor - Birmingham Senior Project Manager - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work to lead the team on major design and build projects ranging from £10m to £100m. The initial project includes building and refurbishment works to a major public sector building in Birmingham (£80m). The Senior Project Manager will lead the team on this project and report into the Operations Director. Department for Education and the University of Birmingham, and as such have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2025 / 2026.
