Corporate Travel Agent - Bilingual Korean You are a Hospitality or Customer Service professional bilingual in Korean and English. Thi s position pays: $20 to $22 per hour Location: Carmel IN Onsite What you will be doing: Make reservations/modify/cancel (hotel, car, shuttle) Meet and greet travelers to distribute hotels keys, rental car keys and check head count Negotiate with vendors Intake of VOC, requests, comments and reflect them to improve service Provide general customer service Drive to Kokomo office to report status, intake and resolve VOCs and visit vendors Collection and maintain documents and assist in month end closing Performs other related duties as assigned What you bring: English and Korea bilingual strongly preferred (all of clients are Korean speaking) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as required for optimum customer satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and other team members. Ability to make decisions based on information available. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions within specified time frames. Possession of intermediate to advanced MS Office and general computer skills.
