Job Description
Senior Front Desk Office Administrator (Contract) You are a Senior Front Desk Office Administrator who will serve as the first point of contact at our Campbell office. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, providing administrative support, maintaining office facilities, and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company while leveraging your organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. This position pays: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour Location: What You Will Be Doing: Greet and assist visitors while adhering to security protocols. Respond to inquiries from Campbell, Austin, and remote employees. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Campbell office, including sanitizing high-touch areas. Coordinate facility maintenance with property management for Campbell and Austin offices. Order and stock office supplies, snacks, and beverages. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Scan, distribute, and obtain signatures for mail and documents. Prepare workspaces for new hires, including organizing desks, creating nameplates, and setting out swag. Manage the ID badge system and printer troubleshooting (liaising with tech support as needed). Assist with lunch orders, water plants, and ensure office aesthetics are maintained. Reconcile HR and facility credit card expenses. Provide administrative support to HR and Legal teams, including creating business cards and managing general office requests. What you bring: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Professional demeanor and polished appearance. Ability to take initiative and be resourceful in solving problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required; PowerPoint a plus). Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Experience in customer service, office administration, or reception. Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
