WHAT WILL YOUR WEEKS LOOK LIKE? You will have to surpass the clients' business objectives by maximizing the ROI of their digital campaigns, but also: Ensure continuous communication with your clients Collaborate with other A-players in our team Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and digital account audits Plan digital advertising campaign strategies Challenge your clients on various elements of their marketing plan Set up tracking & monitoring of customer conversion events Launch, optimize & analyze digital campaigns on different advertising platforms Create, monitor, modify & present interactive dashboards measuring campaign performance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, eCommerce or related field Proven experience in marketing, web, communication, social media, digital platforms and/or media Strong knowledge or desire to learn advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads or LinkedIn Ads & tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio Fluency in English and French YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US IF YOU: Push your limits in your personal and professional life Enjoy learning and educating yourself every day Cultivate relationships based on transparency Want to work in a young and dynamic environment Want autonomy in your work WHAT MINTS HAVE TO SAY "I have rarely (read: never) felt so listened to and supported in a company as I have at mint.
