Technical Content Writer - Marketing

The Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Content Writer to join our Product Marketing team. Your work will directly impact our marketing efforts by producing high-quality content tailored to engineers and developers, fostering Mia-Platform’s rapid growth as a leading product worldwide in the platform engineering space and helping us realize our promise of better development for anyone, anywhere. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Produce a variety of technical content, including articles, papers, slide decks, product materials, documentation, and tutorials. Simplify Complexity: Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language for our target audience. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility and reach of our content. Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our B2B enterprise software and its market to effectively communicate its value. Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing Leader and team members to align content with marketing strategies. Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products. Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, aligns with brand guidelines and is delivered and promoted according to the editorial plan and guidelines. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, or Computer Science / Engineering, or a related field. Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail. Outstanding English: Ability to write content as a native English speaker. Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to grasp complex technical concepts and convey them effectively. Passion for Technology: Genuine interest in technology and its impact on businesses and society. Motivation: High levels of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Familiarity with B2B enterprise software, developer tools, or previous experience in technical writing. Inbound Comprehension: Understanding of the principles and processes of inbound content marketing. SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and experience optimizing content for search engines. Experience with Adobe Suite (in particular InDesign). Experience with WordPress / other Content Management Systems. Experience working in Agile and startup environments.
