Your quests will be to: Develop core features for our internal systems, helping us deliver seamless experiences to players Collaborate with the team to translate complex business needs into technical requirements, development tasks, and timelines Integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring efficient, high-performant systems Take an active part in designing, developing, and testing frontend and backend features Own the technical aspects of the development pipeline, from architecture and design to deployment and release, aligning with the product roadmap Monitor the performance of live systems, ensuring stability and efficiency while contributing to the optimization of existing features To start playing, you will need: Senior-level experience with Angular and TypeScript , particularly in building scalable web applications on AWS infrastructure Expertise in Node.js for building RESTful APIs and server-side logic Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) for designing and optimizing database schemas Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and efficient development workflows Proficiency with Git for source control and collaboration Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with strong problem-solving skills The type of player you are: Highly analytical A careful and detailed planner Use critical thinking: don't assume, validate your gut feeling Take ownership and make it happen Love what you do and have fun doing it Work on the problem, not just the symptoms Don't overcomplicate it, keep it simple and effective Share ideas to reduce bias and improve results Power-ups to have more fun An innovative, dynamic, and friendly work environment in which you will have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, thanks to our amazing team Amazing HQ office in the center of Milan (M2 – Stazione Garibaldi) English courses provided by a native teacher (related to your English level) Monthly Product/Design/Marketing/Tech panels to be aligned with all departments’ results Amazing workstation with the latest MacBook Pro and a Display Screen (Whatever makes you work better is welcome) Ticket restaurant when working from the office Free Coffee & Beer; once a month pizza lunch together Relax Area with Sofà, Foosball Table, and Board Games Don't live in Milan? There are people who like to go once every week, or two days every two weeks, four days straight, or even combining the last 4 days of one month with the first 4 days of the next month and only go 8 days straight every two months.
