Assistant to the Director of Engineering Internship – Lungarno Collection

The Trainee performs an internship for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the maintenance department activities. The Trainee will be involved in the following activities: Ensuring the proper execution of maintenance work and compliance with the related processing times by the maintenance team. Assisting the Manager in drafting operational and technical/administrative procedures. Providing support to the maintenance teams during interventions. Managing material purchase requests and technical service requests. Ensuring that the planned maintenance activities meet the required quality standards. Verifying and monitoring that the conditions of the facilities and machinery within the structures are adequate and operational, intervening when necessary. Managing the technical archive. Required skills: Diploma as a technical expert, surveyor, and/or bachelor's degree in engineering. Reliability and professionalism in the workplace. Knowledge of the main features of facilities and construction practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. We also require enthusiasm, desire to grow professionally, predisposition to training, and elegance not only exterior. Modality: 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday. Headquarters: Borgo S.S.
