Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Kissimmee, FL

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Locums Anesthesia Physician to provide coverage in Kissimmee, FL. This position offers a balanced schedule with a mix of weekday shifts and on-call responsibilities, providing variety in your professional routine while living and working in a vibrant Florida community. The schedule for this role is one week on, one week off, Monday through Sunday, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During the assigned weeks, there are weekend requirements, including 24-hour beeper call on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, there will be on-call responsibilities from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM during the on-call weeks. The types of cases you will manage include general surgery, orthopedics, gastrointestinal (GI), gynecology (GYN), bariatric, colorectal, thoracic, urology, and robotics. The major case type will be general surgery, with an average of 200 cases per month. Requirements: Active Florida medical license Board Certification in Anesthesiology Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications Kissimmee, located in the heart of Central Florida, is a vibrant city known for its proximity to world-famous attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.
