As the Assistant General Manager, you will play an integral role in managing daily operations and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service. Responsibilities: Lead the restaurant management team to achieve desired outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance with BKC standards. Train and develop team members for success. Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant. Requirements: 3 years of experience in team building and training. 3 years of AGM/GM experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry (this is a MUST).
