About the Role As the Director of Sales, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth, responsible for positioning the property as the premier choice for discerning travelers, corporate clients, and special events. Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Client Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with corporate accounts, event planners, and travel partners. Market Analysis : Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities to elevate the property’s presence in a competitive market. Team Collaboration : Partner with operations and marketing teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and memorable events. Goal Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the brand’s commitment to excellence. What We’re Looking For Proven Experience : A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in luxury boutique hospitality. Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the West Palm Beach market or similar high-end destinations is highly preferred. Relationship Builder : Exceptional ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. Strategic Thinker : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create impactful strategies.
