Director of Technology Controls

Job Description Job Description Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with an established financial services organization to find a Director of Technology Controls. As the Director of Technology Controls you will oversee technology risk management, assessing and enhancing controls across infrastructure, software development, and testing. This role supports compliance initiatives by collecting data for RSCA, audits, and examinations. The Director of Technology Controls will identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams to implement enhancements. If you're looking for your next career opportunity, apply now Responsibilities : Support Technology teams on all aspects of risk and control. Perform/review RSCA control testing. Coordinate risk and control information for audits. Analyze metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate on enhancements. Track and report on issue status and remediation plans. Qualifications/Background Profile : Bachelor’s degree in business or an information technology-related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology in a banking on other highly regulated industry Familiarity with risk management and control frameworks Experience in analyzing or managing technical processes such as network, server or mainframe systems administration Strong analytical skills with ability to organize, analyze and present informatio This job is Hybrid Remote.
