We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Tenant Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between tenants, property management, and construction. If you’re an organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for commercial real estate, we’d love to hear from you You will report directly to the VP Construction & Design. You would be part of a versatile team including the Construction Superintendent, Property Director, Property & Events Manager and the Security Director. Job Responsibilities: Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Project Coordination: Assist in tenant buildouts, remodels, and other construction activities, working closely with contractors, architects, vendors and Haagen managers. Operational Support: Collaborate with property management team to maintain high standards of property operations and tenant satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tenant correspondence, construction updates and records including plans and specs, and lease-related activities. Qualifications: Experience: 15 years in a tenant coordination, or related commercial construction role. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Monday.com project management tools are a plus. Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is required. Experience with maintenance of HVAC, plumbing/electrical, parking lots, storefronts, walkways, signs and roofs and ADA upgrades and compliance. Other: Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided). Background check of credit, DMV and criminal records will be required upon acceptance of a job offer and must be approved by Haagen Company, at our sole discretion, as a condition of commencement of employment. Benefits: Competitive salary, starting at $100,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus a $5,000 signing bonus upon completion of six months employment.
