In this role, you will: Welcome patients and visitors upon arrival with a warm, friendly attitude. Direct patients to the appropriate waiting areas or treatment rooms. Answer questions regarding office policies, procedures, and general inquiries. Support front desk staff with phone calls, appointment reminders, and filing tasks. Assist with patient records and data entry when necessary. We require: High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
