Job Description Job Description Employee Requisition Form Position to be filled: Client Support Representative Department: Information Technology Required Qualifications/Essential Duties: •Valid California Driver License •Must be insurable through company's carrier and maintain throughout employment •High school diploma or 2 years' experience in worked related field •Knowledgeable in operating Microsoft Window 11 Operating System, Must be proficient in 0365 •Know how to troubleshoot and repair PC desktop or workstation computer. •Must be able to understand computer networking questions or related LT. terminology. •Must understand Wireless Technology. •Must have good note taking and attention to details. •Assist LT. department with related office and other technical duties; •Provide technical support to end-users; •Provide user training on software application and I.T. related technology; •Prepare justification letter for purchase order, research product and cost benefit office supply ;•Work with business partner to generate price quotation, annual renewal, keep files and service contract valid. •Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate personnel; •Open, read, log and distribute incoming mail and other material, forward and file appropriately; •Create newsletters, letters, memos, review and log outgoing correspondence; •Initiate work requests from end-users calls; •Check outgoing correspondence for correct spelling and grammar, ensuring that the Tachi-Y okut format policies are followed and recommend revisions; •Create/maintain a working paperwork & electronic filing system and keep filing current;•Process check request. Get backup documents (bills, receipts, etc.) and signature of approval; •Order, dispense and inventory supplies for LT. staff; •Take minutes and transcribe information at staff meetings; •Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copies and phone systems and knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Office, 201 x and accounting programs. •Operate new office product technologies as they are implemented; •Conduct searches to find needed information, using sources such as the Internet; •Arrange and attend conferences and/or meeting for office personnel; •Represent LT. department and/or CTO/System Administrator in meetings and presentations; •Maintain open line of communication with Tribal Government department and external business entities regarding invoices, check requests, purchase orders and other financial documents; •Schedule training reservation, hotel, parking and vehicle for transportation for the I. T. staff; •Collect and organize data for special projects, work orders, job and annual budget; •Drive company vehicles or personal vehicle to conduct business on behalf of the I.T. Department. Reports To: I.T. Director Starting Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour (Non-Exempt) Approximate Hours: 40 hours per week The Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut Tribe shall extend employment preference across all employment opportunities for qualified Native Americans in accordance with and subject to applicable law, including Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act, which recognizes Native American employment preference.
