Job Title: Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist Location: Savannah, GA Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10 Hour Shifts Job Description: Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a travel position in Savannah, GA. This role involves performing IR procedures, including sedation and sedation reversal, in a facility with 2 suites/labs. On average, you will handle 5-10 IR cases and 4-7 CT cases per day. The schedule is 4x10 hour shifts with 14-15 on-call days per 12 weeks, including 2 weekends and rotating holiday call. Proficiency with Meditech EMR is preferred. Note: Local candidates must reside more than 101 miles from the facility to be considered. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of Interventional Radiology procedures, including administering and reversing sedation. Communicate effectively with providers regarding patient status and care. Support other areas such as CT, Specials, and Ultrasound as needed. Maintain a high level of patient care and professionalism. Adhere to call requirements with a response time of 30 minutes. Qualifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology with experience in sedation and reversal required. Experience with Meditech EMR preferred. Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission. Must live more than 101 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
