In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, emotional support, and logistical assistance to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients during sports activities or events, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Emotional Support: Foster a friendly and supportive environment by engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and providing encouragement when needed. Logistical Suggestions: Offer advice and solutions for travel, seating arrangements, parking, or other event-related logistics to enhance the customer experience. Event Coordination: Assist customers in navigating event venues, understanding schedules, and managing time effectively to ensure smooth participation in activities. Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with customers to create a positive and lasting impression of our services. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during events, working collaboratively with venue staff or other stakeholders if necessary. Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality is preferred. Experience in sports-related environments is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Traits: Friendly, empathetic, and approachable demeanor. Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude. Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Other Requirements: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to travel locally or regionally to sports events (if applicable). Physical stamina to navigate event venues and stand for extended periods. Ability to participate in select sports Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of sports and event venues in the area. Experience handling diverse customer needs, including emotional support scenarios.
