Overview Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital and Mercy Hospitals and aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California. Practice Highlights: Join experienced ENT in Group Full scope practice: outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center and hospital consults Focus on adult cases with some pediatric cases Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow Collegial work environment Opportunity to precept medical students Available Resources: Mentorship RN Triage during after hours and weekends Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community Compensation/Benefits Include: Salary: $475,000 - $500,000/year Excellent earning potential including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus Generous sign on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowanceThis is also an H1B visa opportunity, requiring candidates who are cap exempt.
