Recruitment Specialist

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location : Manchester Salary: £28k-£45K | Uncapped Monthly Commission | Monthly & Annual Bonuses up to £20k (Must have 360 experience recruiting in the following markets: Construction, Industrial, Logistics, Property, FM, Hospitality). About: Since their inception in 2004, our client has been a leading recruitment agency, specialising in supplying temporary and permanent subcontractors to a range of clients in various sectors across the UK. Their teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join their team. The Role: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles. You will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs and ensure you are providing the best candidates for their roles. Responsibilities: • Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities. • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service. • Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates. • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met. • Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
