The Centre for Conflict Resolution and Ethics is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and management of frameworks and policies that drive positive change for employees. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing the PSPDA framework and overseeing programs related to ethics, alternate dispute resolution, workplace harassment and violence prevention, human rights, and disclosures of wrongdoing. Your expertise in legislation and policy development will guide our team and help shape programs that foster a respectful, ethical, and inclusive workplace. If you thrive in creating meaningful policies that make a difference, we invite you to join us QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses College diploma or certificate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field AND several years of experience in conflict/complaint resolution or a management related field Experience In providing advice on policies and procedures In interpreting and applying legislations, policies, procedures, and regulations In preparing and delivering training programs In conducting presentations In preparing contracts, correspondence, and reports In tracking and maintaining records In personnel administration Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
