PROPERTY MANAGER/REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR

Adecco is currently recruiting for a prestigious hospitality establishment near Alba - CN, seeking a professional to fill the role of: PROPERTY MANAGER / REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATORE The role will involve managing both back-office and front-office activities of the establishment, ensuring a high level of service for guests. A proactive approach, customer-oriented attitude, and flexibility to handle various tasks are required. Required skills and qualifications: Master's degree in economics/tourism/languages Excellent communication skills: ability to interact impeccably and professionally with guests from different cultures, ensuring a superior stay experience Proactivity and service orientation: proactive approach in anticipating customer needs and organizing services and activities to enhance their stay Teamwork attitude: ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external suppliers Problem-solving skills: excellent decision-making and resolution skills for any issues that may arise during the stay Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus Local knowledge: familiarity with the local area, culture, and wine and gastronomy production is preferred. The position will report directly to the Hospitality Manager. Responsibilities will be shared with another Property Manager.
