The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of insurance law experience in a law firm setting. Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Assist with a heavy caseload of complex insurance coverage litigation cases, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims Work with partners and senior associates on legal services. Prepare accurate legal documents with attention to detail. Keep clients informed about case updates. Ensure adherence to laws and deadlines. Associate Attorney Qualifications: 3-5 years in insurance law, focused on coverage litigation. Strong drafting, communication, and attention to detail.
