CLM Manager

Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CLM), Owner and Guest Experience Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) – 2-3 days a week in office Annual salary bonus and benefits As CLM Manager, you’ll create and manage customer communication journeys across channels like email, SMS, app push, and dynamic website content using our new ESP, Bloomreach. You will drive incremental revenue, supporting holiday bookings, cross-sell opportunities, and customer retention, making a real impact on our guests' journeys and Haven’s bottom line. Your Opportunity: To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by: Working closely with business stakeholders to develop a highly optimised journey to drive maximum value in upsells and conversions, whilst ensuring high quality and accurate information is provided to our guests Owning testing and development plans for the pre-arrival journeys to deliver further value in future, using internal data points to assess campaign effectiveness Working closely with the Product team in developing the Owners hub on Haven.com and ensuring the Owners app becomes best-in-class, is easy for Parks to use and is used to drive churn modelling, automations and commercial opportunities Representing the team in meetings, presenting to Senior leaders and gaining their buy in for initiatives What we’d like you to bring: Proven experience in a CLM/CRM role, with comprehensive email marketing knowledge.
