Senior German Speaking Customer Services Agent

Job Title: German Speaking Senior Customer Services Agent Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Location: Manchester – hybrid Contract Type: Permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm We have a fantastic opportunity for a company in Manchester for a switched-on German Customer Service Advisor. The role is permanent and will be on a hybrid basis (so you must be within commutable distance to Manchester) and will be an admin focused position looking after guests of our client. Some of your responsibilities will include: Booking taxis Organising Catering Booking meeting rooms Transferring calls to the relevant department What we're looking for: Native level fluency in German essential Customer service experience (essential) Experience within Luxury goods, hotels, professional customer service (preferred) Commutable distance to Manchester (essential) Strong multitasking skills Additional language skills are preferred but not essential (French, Italian, Spanish).
