Role Location: We have two studios in London and Bath. Teams are based in both locations and there is flexibility to work at either of the two studios as required. Remote working agreed days can be agreed. About You: We are looking for a dynamic creative strategist to join our growing team at Construct. Working within the Strategy team and closely with the design studio, this person will support the creation of exceptional strategic and creative solutions for our diverse selection of projects across the luxury sector. The right candidate will be an articulate and engaging creative writer and communicator with a strong awareness of the luxury industry and its clients. A strong collaborator with internal teams, a naturally curious researcher and strategic thinker able to make observations, draw conclusions and present insights in a meaningful way that is easily understood by our clients and reflects the high standards of quality and craft innate to all our projects. Responsibilities: • Providing strategic support across all strategy projects and pitches. • Collaborating with the wider design and client services team to deliver projects including but not limited to brand audits, brand positioning, brand architecture, brand communication, tone of voice, marketing strategy and naming. • Developing and managing research projects to guide long term thinking, including competitor, audience and trend analysis of the luxury sector and the external factors informing it. • Identifying robust evidence, both research, data and analysis to support brand strategy and build effective insights. • Remain ahead of news at the intersection of fashion, beauty, hospitality, content and tech in order to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies. • Keeping up to speed with client competitors and current events relevant to the digital and luxury landscape. • Supporting the creation and structure of presentations for clients, and briefs to the design studio. • Writing brand narratives, tone of voice documents and external facing copy for our clients and creative teams. Skills and experience: • 4-5 years experience working on strategically-led creative projects within the broader luxury and/or hospitality sector (in-house and agency experience will be considered equally) • Awareness and understanding of the luxury market, consumer, regional and global trends and the factors that affect and advise our clients and their brands. • Excellent researcher, able to deliver considered competitor research, audience analysis and reflect on key insights and observations to support creative development and client understanding. • Strong copywriting and presentation skills. • Excellent cultural references and understanding of a HNW and UHNW audience, as well as hospitality, fashion, arts and culture sectors. • A team player with ability to build trusting relationships with client and internal teams. • An articulate and engaging communicator – confident to present both internally and externally. • Confident with structuring presentations to support design team efficiencies.
