Buying experience is a bonus but not essential. The role: Supporting day-to-day procurement activities. Managing internal and external relationships to ensure seamless operations. Maintaining Procure Wizard: product setup, dish/menu creation, price updates, and supplier management. Keeping records up to date, including supply chain databases, contracts, and benchmarking new suppliers. Collaborating with key departments like Food Development and Accounts Payable. Driving ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve processes and support business goals.
