Front Desk Receptionist

Company Description Loch Insh Outdoor Centre, located in Kingussie, is a multi-activity outdoor center offering chalet, B&B, and bunkhouse accommodations, as well as the renowned Boathouse Restaurant. The center focuses on promoting interest in water, wind, and winter sports activities, including archery, tubing, ice skating, skiing, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, pedalos, wing foiling and windsurfing. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Loch Insh Outdoor Centre at Kincraig. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, utilizing clerical skills, communicating effectively with visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Clerical Skills Effective Communication and Customer Service Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent
