Senior Sales & Marketing Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel, Central London We are seeking a visionary Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in luxury boutique hospitality. Key Requirements Demonstrated success in corporate sales within a luxury 5-star hotel environment. Experience in managing sales and marketing strategies for boutique properties, combining personalized service with commercial acumen. A deep understanding of the London corporate and events market. Role Highlights Corporate & Local Business Growth Identify and secure new corporate accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Develop tailored strategies to grow LCR (Local Corporate Rates) and M&E (Meetings & Events) revenue streams. Lead the annual re-negotiation of corporate and global rate agreements. Strategic Sales Leadership Inspire and drive a sales-focused culture across the team, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments. Design and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy, M&E yield, and overall revenue. Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and refine offerings. Marketing & Brand Development Oversee local marketing initiatives and ensure impactful hotel merchandising. Plan and host client events, site visits, and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel’s distinctive character. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM systems to enhance client communication and loyalty. Luxury Events & Weddings Take ownership of the hotel’s premium events offering, ensuring bespoke experiences for weddings and high-profile events that reflect the hotel’s luxurious reputation. Collaboration & Financial Accountability Partner with the hotel's leadership team to deliver and exceed annual budgets. Prepare detailed activity reports and provide insights to shape long-term strategic plans. Monitor costs and implement efficiencies without compromising quality.
