The Role : As the Executive Chef, you will have overall responsibility for both the kitchen operation and the food quality at this high-profile venue. You will lead a large brigade, ensuring consistent execution of bold and refined Chinese dishes while delivering an unforgettable dining experience. The role requires creativity, a strategic approach, and the ability to manage large-scale operations.
