With a global presence, their team comprises 160-strong group of world-class designers, architects, project managers and creatives working from offices around the world to deliver exceptional projects. About the Role We are seeking for a skilled Project Manager with min. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing Interior Design or Architectural projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior PM and work alongside internal and external project teams, third party consultants and other stakeholders. The Project Manager will assist at each stage to ensure the successful delivery of the contracted deliverables for luxury hotel projects internationally. The immediate focus will be on two exciting large projects in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: Project specific documentation: prepare project documentation as instructed by the client’s commercial and project management team Variations: prepare Variation Orders (VOs), price, and negotiate for the successful approval of variation and additional fee bids. Project Reports and Programmes: Prepare and maintain project reports and programmes. Resource management: Prepare and update project resource plans on the ERP system Invoicing: Collaborate with the internal Finance and Administration team to prepare the monthly billing in accordance with contract terms. About You The ideal candidate must have a degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, along with demonstrable experience in the role. They should possess excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple strict timelines.
