We are looking for an experienced finance leader with a proven track record in hotel operations, based in Blackburn. We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the financial functions and drive operational excellence and support strategic growth. About the Role You will manage financial operations, leading on-property finance and deliver accurate reporting, robust budgeting, and compliance with operational standards. Key responsibilities include: Budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis. Tax compliance, auditing, and risk management. Driving cost controls and profit improvement. Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and SOPs. Collaborating with General Managers and stakeholders to align financial strategies.
