Electrical Installation Lecturer

Lecturer in Electrical Installations Salary Grade: £30-35 Per Hour Location: South-East London Job Type: Part-time (18.5 hours per week) We are seeking a qualified Electrical Lecturer to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong background in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students. Day-to-Day of the Role: Deliver comprehensive teaching across all levels of Electrical Installations, from Level 1 up to Level 3 and including apprenticeships. Engage with different student groups including 16-18 year olds on Study Programmes, adult learners, and apprentices. Provide an excellent learning experience that equips students with the necessary skills for further study, employment, or apprenticeships. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure a dynamic and effective learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold an Electrical Installations qualification or equivalent, or have a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience. Full teaching qualification or currently working towards one. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners. Exceptional organisational skills, good IT knowledge, and sound administrative abilities.
