Senior Associate, Real Estate Hospitality

EUR 30.000 - 50.000 Kroll is currently seeking an Analyst within the Real Estate Hospitality department. Day-to-day responsibilities: Assisting with performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities within the Hospitality Real Estate industry using accepted and relevant approaches and theory. Working with financial models for discounted cash flow, market transaction/comparables, and development approach. Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, asset site visits, specific market analysis, and competitor research. Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and precise manner. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Tourism Economics/Science, or a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management. Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform a Hospitality Management BP. Ability to master new tasks quickly. Demonstrated strong personal integrity. Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment. Commitment to obtaining outstanding results.
