The Opportunity: Salary: $100,000 Bonus You'll be the driving force behind top-line revenue growth, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts while fostering a culture of excellence within your team. You will be responsible for the following: Lead and inspire the property's Sales and Marketing team, ensuring alignment with Atrium's Core Values. Generate new group leads through proactive outreach, leveraging resources like 3rd-party vendors, brand tools, and property systems. Partner with the Revenue Strategy Team to develop pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies. Actively engage in the Montgomery community, representing the hotel through memberships, events, and charitable activities. Oversee all aspects of hotel marketing, from digital campaigns to social media, ensuring the property is presented in its best light. Host site visits and negotiate client meetings, creating memorable impressions of our property. Provide financial leadership, including forecasting group and catering revenue, participating in budget processes, and maintaining Strategic Selling Guidelines. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of hotel or industry-related sales experience, with proven success in achieving team and individual sales goals. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technology: Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Office, Delphi.fdc, and CI/TY, with experience in detailing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). ____________ When you're an Atrium Associate, you're a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate ‘Home Away From Home' for our guests.
