Job Description Job Description Team Member Qualifications/Requirements: • Serving, Cooking, Cleaning, Prepping and Caring for guests • Balancing high volume with high quality • Participating in ongoing training and development • Must have eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities • Learning different skills and responsibilities of all Shake stations • Cross training and cross utilizing skills • Entry Level, or 6 Months or more related Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail experience is preferred; but a willingness and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a must. • Open full-time availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts • Must have strong customer service knowledge and communication skills • Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities • Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
