This role involves litigation and advisory work, including analyzing coverage issues, drafting opinions, pleadings, motions, and conducting discovery. Experience with depositions, court appearances, and motion arguments is a plus. Requirements Admitted and in good standing in New York (additional state admissions, a plus). Strong litigation background in insurance coverage matters. Must provide a recent coverage opinion What We Offer Competitive salary: $125,000–$220,000 (based on experience and other factors).
