The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring successful project execution from initial planning through to final completion. Responsibilities of Project Manager: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to establish project goals and expectations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process. Prepare and present project progress reports to owners and management. Skills of Project Manager: 7-10 years proven experience in construction project management and delivery. Experience with Hospitality, Fitness Clubs, Restaurants, Retail, and Car Washes. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Proficient in project management software and tools for planning and tracking. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
