Responsibilities Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support Familiar with ticketing systems Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Good English and fluent Italian You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets: Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations, and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues Providing creative solutions and a service-oriented approach to users. Location: Spinetta Marengo (Alessandria) - fully onsite. Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with the possibility to turn it into permanent).
