Job Description
Something Extraordinary Every Day™ As our Retail Coordinator, you will support the Retail Team with new boutique and restaurant openings, and provide support services to the existing brands and restaurants. You will coordinate all retail activities and initiatives for the Village with the objective of improving store productivity, maintenance, hospitality and sales targets. What you will be doing -Providing support to the Retail team in reaching Village business goals through the implementation and administration of the Village’s retail strategy, and the development of best practices. -Pulling and analyzing data for retail reports, building performance recaps, updating weekly dashboard metrics and managing distribution of related information. -Communicating and following up on all administrative-related issues, including retail initiatives and results, to the different departments and to Village’s brands. -Leading the creation of the monthly internal Village newsletter. -Supporting the Retail Managers by ensuring the effective and well-coordinated implementation of all seasonal campaigns developed for the stores, including Village activations. -Tracking the team calendar and ensuring the appropriate department coverage in the Village for all days / holidays. -Working closely with the Concierge team to understand guest feedback and helping with compilation and action, as needed. -Assisting in on-boarding of new brands, including coordinating training programs to educate them on ways of working and providing a warm welcome to the Village. -Maintaining accurate contact lists for all boutique teams, keeping track of staff turnover (newcomers and leavers) for access purposes. -Organizing and participating in monthly Store Manager meetings to share information with the brands. -Working alongside Retail Managers as a liaison between brands and the Village’s Management team. -Supporting new boutique openings by assisting in the organization of recruitment events, alongside the People Team. -Participating in ad hoc projects, as needed.
